Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Accela, Inc., for  
Managed Application Services to provide support with permitting software for the  
Building & Zoning, Transportation, Stormwater, and Public Works departments, for the  
period of February 21, 2024 through February 20, 2025, for a contract total not to exceed  
$199,290; per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(c) not suitable for competitive bids. (Proprietary  
Software Maintenance and Support)  
Member DeSart moved and Member Zay seconded a motion to accept and place this item  
on file.  
MOTION TO ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION  
Motion by Member Ozog and seconded by Member DeSart to enter into Executive session. All  
ayes. Upon a roll call vote, the motion was passed.

Member Zay acknowledged that this will be the last Public Works meeting that Deputy Chief  
Information Officer Wendi Wagner will be attending, as she will be retiring. Chair Garcia and  
Public Works Director Nick Kottmeyer thanked Ms. Wagner for her years of service and thanked  
her for being such a huge help to the County and the Information Technology department over  
the years.
