Professional Concept and Phase I Engineering Services, to the Division of  
Transportation, for the 31st Street multiuse path- from Highland Avenue to Meyers Road,  
Section 11-00201-02-BT, for a contract total not to exceed $358,415.10. Professional  
Services (Architects, Engineers and Land Surveyors) vetted through a qualification-based  
selection process in compliance with the Local Government Professional Services  
Selection Act, 50 ILCS 510/et seq.
