Chief Judge Bonnie Wheaton presented the budget for the FY2027 18th Judicial Circuit  
Court and took questions from the committee.

State's Attorney Bob Berlin presented the budget for the State's Attorney's Office and  
took questions from the committee.

OLD BUSINESS  
Member Zay thanked the Sheriff's Office for clarifying that the investigation into the cold case  
referenced in online public comment is ongoing.  
NEW BUSINESS  
Member DeSart noted that there is currently legislation under consideration and ongoing debate  
regarding Flock cameras.  
Member Zay requested that a related agenda item be included on the next County Board meeting  
agenda.  
Member Krajewski noted that there are many types of cameras used for a variety of purposes.
