6. A. Choose DuPage: Greg Bedalov  
Greg Bedalov, President & CEO of Choose DuPage, presented Choose DuPage's goals and  
outcomes for 2025 year to date. Mr. Bedalov also discussed various programs including Connect  
DuPage, Sustainable DuPage, and the Municipal Analytics Program. Questions were taken from  
Committee Members.

Service Agreement between the County of DuPage and Choose DuPage, Contract Date  
December 1, 2025 to November 30, 2027  
Member Childress had to leave prior to the vote in order to Chair the Public Works  
Committee.

DISCUSSION  
8. A. Hotel Transportation Grant Program  
A consensus vote was taken to appropriate an additional $25,000 to the Hotel Transportation  
Grant Program increasing to a total annual contribution of $75,000, for FY2026, all ayes. This  
item will move forward for County Board approval.

OLD BUSINESS  
No old business was discussed.

NEW BUSINESS  
Member Martinez asked the Committee for support in finding solutions for local businesses  
struggling due to ICE activity.  
Lisa Schvach, Executive Director of the Workforce Development Division, updated the  
Committee on the impact of the government shut down to workNet DuPages federal grant  
funding.
