support, for Information Technology, for the period of September 14, 2025 through
September 13, 2026, for a contract total amount of $38,761.23; contract pursuant to the
Intergovernmental Cooperation Act (Sourcewell Technology Products & Solutions
Contract # 121923-SHI).
Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Monday.com LTD, for
Work Management enterprise seats for 35 users, for Information Technology, for the
period of July 21, 2025 through July 20, 2026, for a total contract amount of $17,640.17.
Per 55 ILCS 5/5-1022(d) exempt from bidding - IT/Telecom purchases which do not
exceed $35,000.
