presenters, Brady Glazebrook and Dave Riley from ONEOK/Magellan Pipeline.
Following the presentation, Chair Janus reported that OHSEM submitted its Annual Report to
IEMA in July 2024. In addition, he reminded everyone that OHSEM will be accepting Tier II
Reports from January 1, 2025 through March 2025. Further, he spoke of new legislation which
requires that anyone who has a Tier II chemical must independently confirm the accuracy of the
addresses provided in their report, which falls under the IEMA SERC. Chair Janus stated that
the LEPC must exist per a federal requirement. He also reminded everyone that all chemical
spills must be reported to the National Response Center, IEMA and your local LEPC.
