recovery services, for the Clerk of the Circuit Court, for the period of July 1, 2026 to June  
30, 2031, for a total contract amount not to exceed $1,710,009. Contract pursuant to the  
Intergovernmental Cooperative Contract (NCPA #01-170). (Clerk of the Circuit Court)  
DeSart asked what this is and Kevin Vaske answered. Vaske indicated this is a contract  
for infrastructure to run the court system romotely in the event of a disaster.

DuPage County Procurement Ordinance 2-353(1)(b). (Probation and Court Services)  
There was discussion regarding the content, outcome and success of these services  
provided. Initial surveys will be sent at the of the one year contract. Members discussed  
the efficacy of the program and how results would be measured through the survey.

Resolution authorizing the addition of one (1) full-time headcount to the staff of the  
Coroner's Office as amended. (Coroner's Office)  
Members had lengthy discussion about the reason for the increase in headcount,  
specifically reasons for the high turnover. Based on the data provided by the coroner's  
office, there has not been a significant increase in cases. It was recommended that  
Coroner Lukas or a representative from her office attend meetings in-person going  
forward.
