Meeting called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Chairman Reyes.

Budget Status  
Ms. Krygowski presented the current Revenues & Expenditures report. The FY2026 budget was  
submitted at the end of June and Ms. Krygowski will share any updates.

Bills Payable  
Commissioner Kachiroubas moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to approve the  
July 10, 2025 Bills Payable list. Roll call vote: all ayes.

Candidate Status  
Ms. Krygowski presented the current status of candidates in the testing and application process.

a.  
Budget Transfer of $500.00 from 53800 "Printing" to 52100 "IT Equipment Small Value"  
Commissioner Kachiroubas moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to approve a  
budget transfer of $500.00 from 53800 "Printing" to 52100 "IT Equipment Small Value" for the  
purchase of a printer.

REPORT FROM SHERIFF'S OFFICE  
Chief Papa shared that all is going well and the Sheriff's Office is providing security for "Rockin'  
with the Vets" and the Lieutenant Dan Band at Cantigny on July 12th. Discussion about  
courthouse security staffing levels.  
EXECUTIVE SESSION  
Commissioner Kachiroubas moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to enter into  
Executive Session. Roll call vote: all ayes.  
a.  
Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act for the appointment,  
compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of a specific employee, one-on-one  
interviews.  
The Commission entered into Executive Session at 8:40 a.m.  
The Commission returned to Open Session at 9:46 a.m.

MATTERS TO BE REFERRED FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION (IF ANY)  
a.  
Action on the certification of candidates subject to one-on-one interviews on July 10,  
2025.  
Commissioner Kachiroubas moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to certify Law  
Enforcement candidates 2901, 2902, and 2903. Roll call vote: all ayes.  
Candidates 2733 and 2735 were not certified. Candidate 2734 did not attend.
