Phase II installation of solar panels on the roof of the JTK Administrative Building, for  
Facilities Management, to add additional scope of work to include new solar panels on  
the JTK Auditorium roof, extend the contract expiration to November 30, 2026, and  
increase funding in the amount of $224,183, taking the original contract amount from  
$574,833, and resulting in a final County cost of $799,016, an increase of 39%. Partial  
EECBG funded.

12.A. FY26 Public Works and Facilities Management Operating Budgets  
Director of Facility Management Tim Harbaugh reviewed the current recommendation for the  
FY2026 Operating Budget for Facilities Management. Chief Administrative Officer Nick  
Kottmeyer and Mr. Harbaugh answered any questions from Vice Chair Zay, Member DeSart, and  
Member Ozog.  
Then Chief Administrative Officer and Director of Public Works Nick Kottmeyer and Financial  
Administrator Stan Spera reviewed the recommendation for the FY2026 Operating Budget for  
Public Works and answered any questions from Members of the Public Works Committee.
