Chair Chaplin relayed a message from a Poised for Success client. Poised for Success is an  
agency that the County had previously provided funding to using ARPA funds. The client sent a  
note of thankfulness and gratitude for the opportunity they were given, and noted that the  
experience helped them regain their self-esteem and confidence.
