Meeting called to order at 8:30 a.m. by Chairman Reyes.

Upon roll call, Chairman Reyes and Commissioner Gravina were present. Commissioner  
Kachiroubas was absent.

Commissioner Gravina moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to approve Regular  
Meeting Minutes from May 15, 2025, and May 22, 2025. Roll call vote: all ayes.

Ms. Krygowski presented the current Revenues and Expenditures Report.

Commissioner Gravina moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to approve the June 12,  
2025 Bills Payable List. Roll call vote: all ayes.

Candidate Status  
Ms. Krygowski presented the current status of candidates in the testing and certification process.  
Discussion on additional meetings and interviews to process candidates who participated in the  
June entrance exams. The Commission will look at additional meetings and scheduling  
additional candidates to continue the process.

NEW BUSINESS  
a.  
2025 Corrections & Law Enforcement Rank Lists  
Ms. Krygowski presented the rank lists from the June 3, 2025 Corrections entrance exam and the  
June 7, 2025 Law Enforcement entrance exam. Discussion. Commissioner Gravina moved and  
Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to approve the lists for posting. Roll call vote: all ayes.  
b.  
FY2026 Budget Request  
Ms. Krygowski presented a rough budget request for FY2026. Discussion.

REPORT FROM SHERIFF'S OFFICE  
Undersheriff Moore thanked the Commission for its support of the expedited testing process this  
year's testing. Discussion.  
EXECUTIVE SESSION  
Commissioner Gravina moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to enter into Executive  
Session. Roll call vote: all ayes.\  
Paul Bruckner, Undersheriff Moore, and Lindsey Stern left the room.

b.  
Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1) of the Open Meetings Act for the appointment,  
compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of a specific employee, one-on-one  
interviews.  
Pursuant to 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) of the Open Meetings Act to determine destruction of  
certain executive session audio recordings.  
The Commission entered into Executive Session at 8:53 a.m.  
The Commission returned to Open Session at 9:49 a.m.

MATTERS TO BE REFERRED FROM EXECUTIVE SESSION (IF ANY)  
a.  
Action on the certification of candidates subject to one-on-one interviews on June 12,  
2025.  
Commissioner Gravina moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to certify Lateral  
Transfer to Law Enforcement candidate 2503. Roll call vote: all ayes.  
Commissioner Gravina moved and Chairman Reyes seconded the motion to certify Law  
Enforcement candidates 2727, 2731, and 2732. Roll call vote: all ayes.  
Candidate 2730 was not certified.  
b.  
Action on the destruction of certain executive session audio recordings pursuant to  
Section 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) of the Open Meetings Act.  
This matter was tabled to the June 24, 2025 meeting.
