Ordinance amending Chapter 8, Section 8-114.3.1 of the County Code of Ordinances to
Amend the Schedule of Fees Ordinance (Waive first reading).
Chair Tornatore explained the major change on the fee list is reducing the building permit
portion of the permit fee from 10% to 50% for governmental partners.
