Recommendation for the approval of a contract purchase order to Insight Public Sector,
for the purchase of laptops, desktops, monitors, and docking stations, for Information
Technology, for the period of March 14, 2023 through March 14, 2024, for a contract
total amount of $133,650. Contract pursuant to the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act,
OMNIA Partners IT Products and Services Contract #4400006644 cooperative
purchasing agreement pricing, in compliance with 30 ILCS 525/2 "Governmental Joint
Purchasing Act".

Amendment to County Contract 3866-0001 SERV, issued to Telcom Innovations Group,
for the procurement of hardware, software, software maintenance, and labor to replace
the County phone system and to provide enhanced support and premium software
assurance, to increase the contract amount in the amount of $21,475.50 to add software
licensing and assurance in order to meet the increased headcount in the Public Defender
and State's Attorney's Offices, resulting in a new contract total amount of $1,239,448.30,
an increase of 1.76%.
