Candidate Status
Ms. Krygowski presented the current status of candidates in the testing process and vacancies
among sworn deputies, as well as the number of registrants for the Law Enforcement entrance
exam. Discussion regarding the flow of candidates anticipated in the upcoming year.

Approve Results of April 22, 2023 Corrections Entrance Exam
Ms. Krygowski presented a rank list for the Corrections entrance exam along with the results of
the exam. Commissioner Kachiroubas moved and Commissioner Gravina seconded a motion to
approve the rank list as presented. Voice vote: all ayes.

Promotional Exam Score Release Requests

Ms. Krygowski informed the Commission that she had received two requests for results of the
Law Enforcement Promotional Exams. One deputy requested his individual scores on the exam
and another requested his scores as well as all the scores of the Lieutenants exam via FOIA.
Discussion. Chairman Reyes instructed Ms. Krygowski to respond to each request.

REPORT FROM SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Undersheriff Moore noted that the Sheriff's Office will need to conduct promotional exams for
Lieutenant in the Law Enforcement Bureau very soon since the rank list will be exhausted in the
next few months. The Sheriff's Office would also like to explore the possibility of an outside
agency conducting the promotional exams.

Executive Session. Roll call vote: all ayes.
