ISSUED TO PRECISE MRM, LLC
FOR FLEET TRACKING EQUIPMENT AND SERVICE AGREEMENT
FOR THE DIVISION OF TRANSPORTATION

WHEREAS, a Sole Source quotation has been obtained in accordance with County Board policy; and

WHEREAS, the Transportation Committee recommends County Board approval for the issuance of a contract to Precise MRM, LLC for Fleet Tracking Equipment and Service Agreement, for the Division of Transportation, for the period June 1^st, 2023 through May 31^st, 2024.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said contract for Fleet Tracking Equipment and Service Agreement, for the Division of Transportation, for the period June 1^st, 2023 through May 31^st, 2024, is hereby approved for issuance to PreCise MRM, LLC, 501 East Cliff Road, Burnsville, Minnesota 55337, for a contract total not to exceed $34,000.00.
